Connect 2 Home

Volunteering today at Connect 2 Home for homeless people. The venue is at Heritage Bank Stadium (from 6:30 am to 2 pm). A place where homeless people could come to collecting toiletries gift bag, food,, cloths, shoes and other necessities, hair cut, and support services such as medical, dental, physio, podiatry, social, legal, mental health support, veterinary for their pets, housing etc. there are so many of them, not just those living on the streets, but also those live in their car when they could not afford the rapid rise in rent due to the hike of bank interest rate. 

There is also a small exhibition of artwork by some homeless people too.
