Cup cakes

I've got a lovely carrot cakey kind of recipe that's gluten free (because you never know these days - better be safe than sorry sort of stuff).  It works very well for cup cakes, which I have to take to lunch with us on Saturday.  

I've got as far as getting the cake tin out, and that's about it.  I HAVE to make them tomorrow.,
