Mt Atkinson Trig Station

A half day at the CMHC was followed by lunch with S and two of her fellow poets. Partly it was to pick up her copies of their latest collection as a group. It looks really good, and I hope to be at the launch.

Late afternoon Tsuken and i went to the top of one of the peaks in the Waitakere Range; Mt Atkinson. We didn't stay as long as we had hoped as we blasted by strong wind and hailstones. Just before the skies opened on us I managed to get the photo I have blipped.
