Alchemy
My new supply of chemicals for cyanotype printing arrived today. Enough Ferric Ammonium Citrate and Potassium Ferricyanide to last for the next ten years. I've mixed a small quantity of each with distilled water and have them stored (in the dark) until required. In this state they are unreactive and reasonably safe (although it wouldn't do to ingest them). The cyanotype process only starts when the two solutions are mixed and exposed to UV light. I should be able to resume printing in a day or so when the chemicals are fully dissolved, provided the rain stops and we get some sunshine.
