Joy and privilege

Sometimes I look at the things that make me happy and realise how lucky I am.

Here I made a cup of tea, and realised that every part of it is special: loose leaf green tea bought on holiday with my family, in the "manatea" my husband gave me, in the teapot I bought in Istanbul, and drunk from a handmade stoneware mug from the Lake District.

I am so grateful for all that I have and take for granted.
