BEYOND THE FACADE THERE IS HOPE
Civilisation changes and perhaps crumbles in time. For example in a nearby town of some significance there stand many imposing houses built generations ago. Sone have weathered the ravages of time well, others not so well and now seem to exist frowning in their environment.
Today in a car park in that town I came across a grand Town House built in 1808, converted into tatty flats sulking at 200 cars parked on tar macadam in front of it that once may have been a large well designed garden.
The viewpoint was inappropriate to photograph a century dying so I ventured behind the house to be surprised by a charming garden which I now present to show that someone still cares.
