No Pilates this morning - Nigel and Sandra are on holiday - how very dare they ;) 

Podiatrist this aft - and it was such a miserable day we decided to set out early and have lunch at Joy's Coffee House, which we discovered recently! Nice surroundings with just enough tranklements, good coffee and tasty food!

We could become regulars ;)
