Rowan berries

A visit to the Osteopath this morning, where I was pushed and pummelled around , but felt great when I came out , I have quite a bit of arthritis in various places ,and for relief I now have an exercise regime ,that I will try to follow . This afternoon I went for a short wander through the park and spotted this Rowan tree with all these colourful berries .
