Chamomile Calm

A wet day. A day for staying in the dry and drinking herbal tea whilst working. Chamomile with a little bit of honey was my tipple for the day. I was pleased to manage two short walks in the village and to have a good catch-up with my sister by telephone at lunchtime. This evening I made blackberry jam. I’m not sure it has set but it will make a tasty compot if not. And that’s the nature of my day. Simple but enjoyable.
