A Bit of a Departure...

...from the normal flowers and so on.

I went to pick up my allotment from the CSA  La Finquita del Buho this afternoon. I always buy eggs...they're amazing! But I noticed this cute little (and I mean LITTLE) eggs - there were only two boxes. Quail eggs! I'm not sure if they actually keep quail on the farm or what, but I thought this was fascinating. I didn't buy any - I'm not sure if I could figure out what to do with them. Have you ever used quail eggs?
