The other side

The front of our student property. The whole area is designed to accommodate the cars of our 5 tenants and their friends who utilise parking during the day. Because the house is very close to the university there is a 10 minute parking limit on the street outside. This is closely monitored and fines are regularly issued. So most of the student properties in the street have the same setup. I must admit that this photo was taken in January when everyone was away on summer holidays.
