Still dancing...
...at the end of the procession.
A fabulous day at Warwick Folk Festival!
Helped MrM to set up the stall first thing, before we enjoyed coffee, and amazing almond croissants from the festival shop. Assisted MrM on the stall occasionally throughout the day, and provided cups of tea and lunch. Also watched lots of Morris dancing on the Morris stage, and in the afternoon walked in to Warwick, and watched the end of the procession as the dancers approached the castle gates. Always lots of brilliant Morris dancing at Warwick, and this year was no exception.
Took far too many photos, and couldn't resist adding a few as extras -
Harlequin Morris and Hammersmith Morris Men, aka the Smiffs demonstrating the art of levitation;
Harlequin and Smiffs leapfrogging;
Customs & Exiles high kicking;
The Witch Men (because I like them!)
Smiffs going the wrong way, possibly with mischief in mind;
Liberty Hill, a side formed 'virtually' during lockdown.
