Near work

A fenced in garden. Only accessible to the houses connected to it.

A bit odd. You can't see the houses in the photo. They already have a nice garden each. About 6 to 8 houses, I'm not sure about the number. Why would they need an extra private space? On the other side of this fenced in garden there's an old appartment building. At first I thought it was for them, but they can't enter it.
