Fittie in Paradise

It is ages since I last took a trip over to Fittie. The flowers in front of these two cottages are looking good, as were some of the gardens.

In reality the day was cloudy and overcast. In the photo Fittie has been transported in my imagination to the Caribbean. Years ago I worked in an office that was almost as close to the beach as this. It was about three metres before I stepped onto the beach. It was warm and sunny in the summer, but quite cold in winter.
