Recreation

Almost 8pm, and it has been dry all day (so far). 

It feels like a cloud has been lifted, metaphorically as well as literally. 

I had to pick up a prescription from my pharmacy today, so I was able to cycle there and back - a recreational cycle as opposed to trying to get serious exercise. 

14.68 km is still 14.68 km, and part of the plan was a wee stress test on my sore heel. It is fine right now, but tomorrow morning will be crunch time. 

The pharmacy is in Dysart and I was able to find a Blip of the harbour as I whizzed past. 

I called in at the library on the way home and now have a couple of new books to read. I will now get on with it.
