Ripening

A day of cloud and sunshine.  

Somewhere in the street there's been a lot of noise today.  Some sort of drilling and the whining of a tree amputator has been going on all day.  After a while of having the windows open and realising I've been blocking the noise out and no longer being able to ignore is exhausting. 

In the afternoon took Kyro out for a walk to escape it but could still hear it on nearby streets.

Attempted to clip Kyro's claws but he wasn't having it.  Growled and barked at me.  And yet caught him limping as I walked him down the garden and he allowed me to check his front paws calmly.  Must have had a bad experience with the clippers.  May have to get the vet to help when he has his vaccinations.  Failing that just hoping time will allow trust to develop.
