Weight for me!

Well day 2 of the exercise regime and rode 6KM, rowed 1500m, Cross-trained 0.5km (blimey that's a tough one!), jogged 0.5km and then worked upper,lower and mid abdominals as-well as bench presses, pectorals, bicep and tricep along with quads!

Food today was Shredded Wheat with pineapple pieces, home-made soup for lunch and some sweetcorn on the side;

Recipe for soup:

2x tin of baked beans, 1x tin of chopped tomatoes, 1x tin of carrots, 2x Chicken stock cube, Chopped Basil, sprinkle of salt and pepper and 1/2 pint of water. Blend it all together and you have 7-days worth of home-made soup that tastes great, has hardly any calories and contains 4 of your 5-a-day!

Evening Meal, home-made meat balls (low-fat) with Pasta and used the above as a sauce ;)

Feeling good, although aching a little (a lot in some places!), but know it's worth it ;)
