Farewell to North Island

On the ferry from Wellington to Picton. Delayed due to the rough weather, although it is much calmer than it was. To travel from Wellington (North Island) to Picton (South Island), the ferry travels north (after leaving Wellington Harbour), and due to the time of year, the sunset is in the NW, so the sun is setting over the tip of North Island. Difficult to take the photos through the brine-encrusted windows, but I think it adds a certain atmosphere.
