Taking a chance

The groundsmen at the school have been beavering away getting everywhere ready for the change of season. I am just not sure it was wise to have the sprinklers on after five in the evening, when there is still a chance of frost. I guess they know best.

A hectic day for me, trying to get everything done, just to take one day off. Some people have ridiculous expectations but I did what I could.

I was supposed to have an MRI scan done today but given that the scanner in another hospital was out, a two hour wait would not have worked, so that’s rescheduled for later this month.

Can’t wait to be away from the city, even if for a couple of nights. Wilde Beast spotting, here we come.
