Another gorgeous day had me spending most of it looking out of the office window wishing I was outdoors.
Eventually, I was. So I checked on the swans and unhappily I can confirm that for the first time in 6 years, they didn't have a ..brood?..litter?..clutch?..whatever.

I don't know what they're supposed to do now. Have a lie-in every morning I suppose.

We went over to Emilance for dinner later on and listened to vinyl records on their new record deck.
Emily was well chuffed to be able to tell Lance to "change the record" every so often and we were pleased to hear some of our scratchy old favourites.
