In a pickle

After yesterdays travels a quieter day, checking the car, catching up on shopping and dealing with the growing surfeit of cucumbers now the plants are well established.

My first attempt at a pickle the other day was too salty so a refresh was undertaken to make a slightly sweeter version. Patting the veg dry made for a colourful worktop. Now all I have to do is wait a few weeks to see how it matures.
