woke very early…read and had a cuppa and bikkie …and fell asleep, so a lazy morning, some housework, boiled an egg for lunch according to the Jamie recipe in the paper this morning…..perfect result….

to the bins, then did some paperwork and dealt with emails that needed responding …an offer from Talktalk about change of tariff …..i am never sure what to choose….i’ll just have to see if it was the right one…they’re never clear in their choices….

i sorted what clothes to take for tuesday ….mostly layers and one or two summery things.

dinner: parmigiana with steamed spinach….
