Not a good day. I should have got ready and gone out but instead put the kettle on and made another pot of tea. I did achieve a few small jobs around the house but it felt like a wasted day. Some days I enjoy doing little and can relax. Not today.

The afternoon was dry and sunny (rain had been forecast) but it wasn’t until evening that I decided on a short walk around the streets. That was when the rain started. The photo is the reflection of the Temperance Inn (formerly Churchill’s) in a van parked on the roadside.
