View from the bridge

East Farleigh bridge to be precise. I've been over it a few times today and, on this occasion, we were queued waiting for the level-crossing. That takes a while, so I had time to get out of the car and take this shot.

This is East Farleigh lock and it's 4.5 miles above the end of the navigation at Allington Lock; after that the river is tidal - I've often blipped Allington showing various states of the tide under the pretty bridge. It's still navigable after Allington Lock but it's not part of the Medway Navigation.
