Wet flowers

Warm, sun and cloud this morning, lunchtime the heavens opened and rain for the afternoon. 

A quick call to my friend this morning as she was expecting a call.  Breakfast, put a load of washing out on the line, made two cakes, pear and clotted cream plus the almond, chocolate and raspberry that I made before. Brought the washing in, nearly dry just before the rain started! Had lunch and then drove to K's for a cup of tea in the afternoon, sat and chatted and then I came home, tea and then a walk round the fields, a lot of water but stayed dry.  Extra shows flowers in the raindrop!
