Bad food to great food

Today in my centre I made the mistake of looking at the menu plan in the kitchen. It turns out the odd textured and flavoured strips of beef we get once a week arnt just tough meat, they are actually COWS HEARTS! Yuk. It's not going to easy finishing a huge plateful again...

But food was much improved this evening when I got home to find my housemate Bex cooking chilli, her first ever home cooked meal (apart from scrambled eggs in the microwave!) we had a house photo to celebrate, and then realised we seem to be wearing some sort of house uniform! Pancakes for pudding topped it all of!
