This Yucca in bloom is gigantic. The blooms are 3" long. Mesa Verde National Park. Awesome, dontcha think?

As I was laying in the road on my side with camera in hand, I hear a car come up behind me...Haaaay, aaarrr yyeeewww aaayyyll rite? Said a voice in an Aussie accent. I replied in the affirmative and noted that photographers are always seen laying in the middle of the street. It's an American tradition.
