Laying the Bricks

The extension to our cowshed is coming along nicely, with the Bricklayers arriving today to lay the external and internal walls. The builder has also been busy; we've had trucks arriving unloading building materials, and contractors dropping in to view progress. It's been a busy day at the shed!

The weather today has been glorious. The sun is shining, and it is currently 15.4 degrees (as at 3.40pm).

This photo I took, is of one of the Bricklayers busy at work. I love his shadow, reflecting on the bricks. These Bricklayers drove up from Christchurch this morning, and will be working at on our cowshed for a couple of days.
