Maybe Shirley Valentine knows

Is it pronounced Oregano, or Oregano? Shirley seems to know how. Whenever I taste Oregano, I am immediately reminded of that wonderful feel good film with Pauline Collins  and Tom Conti.

Anyway, maple bacon is off the menu for a short time until a new source of the flavour is found, so Greek wings it had to be, (on the left). Greek wings, hmmmm. Even though the taste of Oregano, (or Oregano) was quite apparent, Greek wings didn't quite work for me.
The Electric Honey ones did though.


Oh, and let the loooong weekend for BC Day commence.
