Grasmere

We went out to breakfast with C and the grand-children to Harry's Bar.  They then left for their journey south.  

We were both feeling a bit 'jet-lagged' from their visit so we drove into the lakes for a breather.  To Grasmere and a visit to the Lakes Artists summer exhibition.  We met one of the artists, JB, there and had a good chat with her.  From here to Mathilde's for lunch and then a mooch around the village.  Home via the famous household shop in Windermere and then a calming cup of tea at Blackwell.

Home now, and it is very quiet!
