Lunch

This is the Dome Cafe at Mindarie Marina where we live, most Tuesdays I will meet my friend here, this Tuesday we both couldn't make it for Tuesday, we agreed we would meet Wednesday instead which rarely happens, it must have been meant to be as DDW's Topic today is "Lunch" we both do too much talking to order lunch sometimes, our ritual is orange juice and a florentine! today though, because its getting colder outside! we did order lunch! Which We managed to eat in between talking!
I have known my friend for over 31years, we saw each other on the plane from London when we emigrated, they were emigrating too, we met again in the migrant hostel, she was from South Wales we were from the North of England, a long time ago now, but we have remained friends ever since, she is more like family than a friend, her children have grown now just as ours have and now we talk about grandchildren amongst other things! this is our little spot that we treasure, and I know we have got a a lot more talking to do yet! Hopefully it will be for another 31+ years!
