Sad day for Bournemouth

Another day, another incident. Tragic end for an 18 year old and family and friends he's left behind.

I won't get on my soapbox about the issues we and other parts of England face. Suffice it to say the centre of Bournemouth and every entrance to the Lower Gardens, were cordoned off by police. Many central shops closed for the day as a result. Traffic was diverted, and buses had to make a detour too.

The weather was miserable. Very wet and windy, on and off. We got a soaking when we alighted from the bus after getting a few things in Parkstone. Well protected tho', in my fishing coat.
