"He Who Invented..."

Somebody went to a great deal of effort to convert a steel beer keg into this vessel .
Its in the restroom at a restaurant we went to this evening. 
     None of the other decor matches the restrooms but that's just fine with me.  
    The food was absolutely delicious!
