This is one of the US Border Patrol interior checkpoints. You have to drive through it going north at kilometre marker 42, which makes it 42 km north of Mexico. For reference, I live at km 65. My finger in the foto is for your viewing pleasure.

After lunch with a church friend, the only other thing I did today was laundry, which is still spread all over the sofa waiting to get folded.
