Brightening up the greyness

This Hypericum really does shine out in all this grey weather. There are actually 3 insects on there all happy to share the goodies.
I have tentatively joined a new photo group for beginners and improvers. The aim is to go out for local walks with the intention of taking photos. I do find that if I walk with non-photograghers I feel the pressure to 'keep up' and not stop every 5 minutes because something has caught my eye. The first walk is scheduled for next Tuesday but the weather forecast is not good so we shall just have to see.
