Minibeasts

I'm alternating at the moment, indoors one day, garden the next, weather permitting.

It's been sunny so far today, though rain is forecast (update, it's raining now).

I was really after the hummingbird hawk-moth (extra) but didn't get a very clean background so I've gone for the peacock, on our brand new trellis. And I got a green bottle fly to make up a trio.

I'm liking the extra pixels I get with the new camera, it does make a difference when cropping. I think the auto focus is a lot better too.
