There’s always one!
Fortunately there was plenty left for second helpings, and even thirds!
We were so lucky with the weather for our annual Pudsey Ramblers barbecue. Although rain was forecast it stayed fine all day and we were able to sit outside.
As always the food was great. Although nothing is planned and we all just turn up with either savouries including smoked salmon, prawns, pork pies, chicken legs, quiches, ham, chicken and assorted salads, and at least 10 different desserts, there is always more than enough, and a good variety.
Chris had everything organised as always.
It was nice to see members who now don’t walk anymore, and today one member came whom we haven’t seen for at least 6 years.
A really enjoyable day.

Now back home and having a rest and a cuppa. Certainly won’t want anything to eat tonight.
