Craic

We had the pleasure of entertaining Leslie, Tom, Janice and Peter to lunch. We started with aperos, followed by a starter of burrata with tomato, olive oil and fresh basil. Main was Toulouse sausage with roasted vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes. We followed with cheese (Brie and Tomme de Brebis) and then some delicious petit fours.  We really enjoyed all the company and all the craic; thank you so much everyone. When all our friends had gone home, the sun went low and split the clouds above the pool (pic).  We are blessed.
