Clematis

I planted 2 climbers in the corner between house and front porch a couple of years ago. They struggled a bit and then the broadband people came and dug up the area to lay the cable into the house so I thought that was it. However, there were signs of life in the spring so I watered well and the clematis flourished, unfortunately there's no sign of the other plant.
Excellent service at church today and an afternoon of cycle-watching, knitting and running. The sun came out which made it much easier to persuade myself to get some exercise.
