Down On The Farm

One of today's activities with The Grandchildren was choosing a menu, shopping for ingredients and cooking the evening meal.

We decided on meatballs with pasta so The Man and I took Emily to a nearby farm shop. It looks like she's selecting her own beef!

It was the first time I'd made meatballs but they turned out so well that the kids were willing to eat them.
