Notes: Slept a little better but kept waking every couple of hours. Most stuff was packed but still the anticipation of a big driving and new place ... Finally at 3a had been dreaming I just woke and was getting light (even tho it wasn't) but woke me for good. Got up, finished packing and turning off/shutting down and was pulling out at 4a. Lovely light traffic for early morning AND Sunday, and sailed thru Jax in 3.5 hrs. Hit the GA line exactly 4 hrs in and then the SC line exactly an hour and half later - weird! Still quite a ways to go and rolled into Kathy's a few min after 1p. Great to see her and be able to help. Took awhile to unpack then finally made coffee and we sat and chatted for awhile. I then made us eggs, sautéed zucchini, warm beets w/ walnuts & goat cheese and toast (w/ my new homemade pomegranate jam!). Cleanup and then still had to unpack my room and get it ready. Showered around 6p? and putzed around with little things for awhile until tired set in. To bed quite early!
