Just up the road from my dad's hospital is a huge wine shop called Dan Murphy's Liquor Store which has a stupendous choice of Australian wine, all fascinating but impenetrable. My mum and I spent a happy half hour picking some nice bottles for dinner tonight at my sister's. And yes, like all the research suggests, I did opt for wine labels I liked.
