Thank you, Mr Franco!

Franco, the Spanish dictator, decided to put the railway line that runs up the Maresme coast northward from Barcelona between the houses and the shore. It was a deliberate 'up you' decision to make visceral his utter disdain for the Catalans. There is an approved infrastructure plan to move the whole shebang inland; you don't have to think too hard or look too far in this shot to see some houses whose proprietors will approve!
