Canoeists

As I was perambulating along the towpath, I noticed a couple of canoes approaching. Meanwhile I was on the slipway looking for little fish. There weren’t any.  When the canoes came level, I shouted a greeting: “Queen’s Park for the Cup!”
“Aldi superstore?” One of them replied.
“Straight on,” I said, “though you will have to leave your canoes in the car park.”
