The chef....

Today I was taken out to lunch to this restaurant where it was the official opening!

This guy has set up his restaurant which is a rough hut made of wooden planks - where you see the pots in front of him those are sitting on charcoal burners which are blocked off by cardboard - how it doesn't all go up in smoke is a miracle I think! Anyway............I had rice and beans while my friend had Nsima (the staple food) and beef! The food was good and there were quite a few customers. I wish him well in his new venture!!
