Delivering the goods .....

We were at home to visitors this afternoon - C&M (friends from Edinburgh) stopped for lunch on their way back from a weekend in Kinloch Rannoch. It had been a long time since we'd seen them and it was nice to sit and chat. 

I'd soup for our lunch this morning (spiced golden lentil soups which seems to be my "go-to" soup for lunch visitors just now). 

They left late afternoon and I then got changed and headed down to the dell for a swim.  The Tesco train arrived as I cut through the station on my way down and for once I managed to capture it and now blip it.
