I watched the England ladies football team rob Nigeria of victory in their World Cup match this morning; how did they win that one?

Afterwards we headed off to Cardigan for a mooch round and a light lunch, followed by an hour walking up the beach and back along the dunes at Poppit Sands (see extra). Next stop was Penbryn Beach for an ice cream and a paddle in the sea - a lovely stretch of sand too. This is where I captured the blip, having complimented them on their headwear choices.

On the way back to our holiday home we stopped off at Aberporth for fish & chips again (you'd think we were on holiday!). Time to blip and relax now.
