Beautiful early morning at Shoreham

Got to work early so sat by the river for a while. I have put in to reduce my hours at work. Life just seems to get busier all the time and I want to get some time back for myself. 

It suddenly struck me last week that I keep struggling each week with the amount of work I have to do.  I think it might have been easier if I was 20 years younger. I am sure some of you can understand that. So it is up to me to change something. 
I can't get any younger unfortunately! So I have put a flexible work request in.
