A day of characters

We decided to spend the day a the Walt Disney Studios rather than the park today - it was cooler and a bit rainy when we set out. We seemed to keep missing the characters by minutes but did manage to catch up with Mulan.

Lottie had her face painted, it looked beautiful. Unfortunately shortly after the heavens opened. We stood out in it for a bit waiting for the studio parade and got absolutely drenched, and the face paint ran!

The day got better at tea time when we ate in Café Mickey - we had a lovely time with Minnie, Eeyore, Mickey, Goofy, Pluto and the Genie. They were great with the children especially as the restaurant emptied out a bit, and we had one very happy little girl.
