Camping draws to a....

....close, probably for the year.

We were very lucky in the fact we put the tents up in the dry and took them down while the sun was shining. Saturday was torrential pretty much all day though but we didn't let it spoil the weekend. 

We woke up to glorious sunshine which had already pretty much dried the tent and everything else out. It's always a relief when you haven't got to put  a soaking wet tent away.

The forecast did say rain was back on it's way by lunchtime so once we had breakfast we started the packing up. The children continued to run around and play all morning which is great to witness.

Another great weekend with over 30 of us continuing what started nearly 10 years ago.
